Costumes

All of our costumes are intended to add to the effect of Streetheat. They are not ‘uniforms’ as they are all individually customised versions of standard outfits, creating a stronger visual interest and reflecting the characters of the players.

Flames
This has been the most usual outfit for performances. White outfits with flame motifs and bright accessories in red yellow and orange


Our latest outfit (not available before 2010). White costume with lime green, turquoise, blue and purple coloured swirls and curls with matching accessories

Carnival
This is the ‘full on effect’ adding flamboyant headdresses, feathers etc to the above outfits (not suitable for high winds or rain!). Many Members have LED lights on costumes and instruments for night time events.

Black Glitz
Black outfits with masses of twinkle and sparkles added. Ideal for night-time events with artificial light, or a smarter ‘do’

T-shirt
A more informal, but no less colourful option. Our band t-shirts either in white or black complemented by shoes, trousers, skirts, and hats all in Streetheat’s flame colours
