Terceira Surdo
I joined Streetheat in Nov 2024. I wanted a new challenge and love the Samba sound, I saw that Streetheat were doing Beginners Workshops and I decided to take the plunge and join. I loved it from the start. Everyone is so welcoming and the sound is so energising. I play the Small Surdo and love the impact the drums have. My favourite song is Thrash which always gets a big response when we play at Gigs. I particularly love doing informal Busks as well as Carnivals. Where ever we play we are sure to bring the party atmosphere, it is such a buzz!
